SHIPMENTS

We ship within Mexico via FedEx and worldwide via FedEx or MexPOST. Shipping costs will be based on the customer's location and the product weight. Purchased items will be processed within 4 business days.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Some orders may experience delays in customs and we have no control over these delays.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure - we are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

RETURNS

Due to the unique nature of our materials, all items are final sale.

DAMAGED ITEMS
